One of my absolute favorite plant families. It is incredibly diverse, with a wider range of growing conditions than almost any other. Its months-long blooming period and decorative flowers—usually in iridescent shades of green and yellow—are just as captivating as its beautiful foliage.
Its milky sap can cause skin irritation. The Mediterranean spurge is a delight all year round!
