Since 2015 the foundation “Stiftung Zukunft NRW” annually awards “excellence scholarships for gardening culture.”.

Every year, four young gardeners have the opportunity to participate in care and development of horticultural projects in major gardens and nurseries.

Our company takes part in this programme and – from August to October 2018 –  will give a scholar the opportunity to work practically in our HORTVS. We will individually train and support the scholar in order to deepen and expand his core competencies of gardening in an optimal way. 

The scholarship holders will be selected by an independent and qualified jury of experts nominated by the foundation “Stiftung Zukunft NRW”.

Our Advent Exhibition in HORTVS starts on 13th November 2025

Opening Hours:
Thursday to Friday, from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
Saturday, from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

Focus: Natural Advent and Christmas floristry

  • Solid-colored candles of high quality from the Swiss manufacture Weizenkorn
  • We solely offer unique handmade products (unfortunately we cannot accept preorders)
  • Winterly plants and decoration ideas for outdoor areas
  • Cut flowers until Saturday, 20.12.2025

Gardenshop & Floristry are opened from Thursday, 04.12.2025 to Saturday, 20.12.2025.
Thu. and Fri. 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
Sat. 10.00 to 3.00 pm

In December the garden and the perennial nursery will be opened on request.
